From November 5th to 7th, Wang Shouyin, Chairman of Heixuanfeng Co., Ltd., visited the company's subsidiary in Thailand for a research trip and to visit overseas employees. The heads of relevant functional departments from the headquarters accompanied him during the visit.
During the trip, Wang Shouyin and his team visited the production workshops, warehouses, R&D office buildings, employee cafeterias, and dormitories to learn about the production and living conditions of the employees. They also conducted a thorough safety and environmental inspection. Wang listened to a report from the subsidiary's leadership team and held separate meetings with Chinese and Thai employees to gather feedback and suggestions. He expressed gratitude to both Chinese and Thai staff for their efforts and contributions to the development of the company's overseas business.
Wang Shouyin emphasized that the Thailand subsidiary should achieve new breakthroughs in areas such as extending the production chain to finished goods manufacturing, developing new customers, and expanding the scale and profitability of the business. He stressed the need to enhance the subsidiary's international operational capabilities, strengthen the core competitiveness of the company, and improve its risk management capabilities. Additionally, he called for strengthening the development of the company's corporate culture overseas and promoting Chinese culture, Chinese manufacturing, and the Chinese brand.
During his visit, Wang Shouyin also visited several Chinese-invested enterprises and clients in Thailand.
